Sync vs Async Microservices

Teams hear "go async," but the tradeoffs are hard to feel until you see latency stack up. I built two microservice flows (HTTP vs RabbitMQ) with a visualization that shows response time and coupling in real time. The demo shows async improves perceived latency and isolation, but adds operational overhead. I designed the architecture, built the services, and shipped the visualization.
